While most of the writers of his generation have kind of "retired" and haven't done any significant work last several years, M Mukundan has come up with his magnum opus recently - Delhi Gadhakal is a novel that I guess is largely based on the author's own experiences of 40 years in Delhi, and is a masterpiece.ĭelhi Gadhakal tells the story of nearly fifty years of Delhi from the perspective of a group of Malayalees living there.
